Graduate Research Assistant, CHP

Position Type: Federal Work Study or Non Work Study

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • The University of Detroit Mercy College of Health Professions (CHP) is looking for a law student to assist with compliance research for their clinical placements. 
  • This research is a requirement of NC- SARA (The National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements) for all participating institutions to list on their website, by July of this year, all the states that CHP can place its students in for clinical Practice purposes. 
  • The three impacted programs are Physican Assistant program (PA), Clinical Nurse Specialist program (CNS) and the Doctor of Nurse Practice program (DNP). 
  • These programs have clinical placements in other states. 
  • CHP is open to the research assistant's ideas of how to accomplish this compliance task. 
  • The RA will be needed for a minimum of 2 hours of consultations per week during the months of May and June.
